Account Registration
Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when registering on sona 1. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time.
- Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
- The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
- It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their password secure after creating an account.
- Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- sona 1 may request proof of identity for verification purposes at any time.
- Withdrawals may be held until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed.
Important: Only one account may be registered per mobile number. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device or IP address, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

- Deposits are non-refundable once made, unless a technical error is proven.

Betting & Gaming Rules
These rules must be followed when placing bets on sona 1. They are essential to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment.
- Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, your bet will be fully refunded.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on sona 1. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of the account balance.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's information.
- Bonus abuse — including bonus arbitrage or artificially fulfilling wagering requirements.
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
- Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
- Fraud or harassment of other members.
- Betting or gaming using bots or automated software.
- Spreading false information about sona 1.
Any of the above activities may be subject to legal action. sona 1 is obligated to provide information to law enforcement authorities if required.
Account Suspension & Closure
Sona 1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud or deceptive activity.
- Providing incorrect or false information.
- Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.
- Multiple accounts held by the same member.
If you believe your account was closed in error, please contact the sona 1 support team. All complaints are reviewed impartially.
Members may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the available balance will be returned after all pending bets are settled.
Privacy & Data Protection

- Data is used solely to improve our services and prevent fraud.
- Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
- Members may request deletion of their data at any time (except where active bets are involved).
